This just the beginning but main terraform is finish and different playgrounds are offered.
Jacomo Mount and Cave Mount are our peaks allowing lot of base jumps as the cave or the canyon.
The antenna stay at the same place for the moment just in front of our main shop.
As usual booville is builded around a runway dedicated to drop planes or else.
Since a couple of hours we have a cablecar between the peaks and it will be turned as a vehicle as soon as possible.

You DO NOT NEED TO HOLD A PREMIUM ACCOUNT to Live here.
You RENT THE LAND here, you have full use as an renter.
In Booverly Hills you rent the land, and have full use, but may NOT resell it. WHen you leave Booverly Hills, the land reverts to the Estate.
TO MOVE IN
Use "buy land" to buy the property of your choice . IMMEDIATLEY pay the required tier either to the RED TIER BOX, or contact Magellan Magic to use PayPal. The RED TIER BOX is Located in the back corner of each property.
We accept LINDEN DOLLARS and PAYPAL ONLY.
If you have not paid the required tier, either in Linden dollars or in US Dollars within 30 minutes of purchasing, the land will be reclaimed.
We try to keep rules and regulations to a minimum, but we do enforce the rules we have.
FREE USE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES
When you become a resident of one of our Estates you are also a member of the Booverly Hills Community. Community members are entitled to FREE use of the skydiving & B.A.S.E. jumping facilities and runway.
These areas are available to you as long as they are not currently booked with another event. They can be booked for your private event by contacting Pilatus Masala or Magellan Magic.
Estate Management reserves the right to refuse a booking if it violates the Covenants and Rules, or Second Life TOS.
1. ZONING & USAGE
On BOOVERLY HILLS - no games, no other entertainment places will be allowed.
Small stores will be allowed anywhere in the residential areas - the word small storeis hard to define, so basically ALL stores will need pre-approval for managment prior to their implemation.
NO LARGE WALLS - OR BARRIERS ARE PERMITTED.
HOME SECURITY: All of Booverly Hills is an open space. If you want to lock yourself up and block others out, this is NOT the right space for you to rent. You MAY use the access restriction tab in the landsettings for specific individuals who have caused you problems ONLY.
DO NOT SET GENERAL BAN LINES. You are allowed to use the access lists to ban specific individuals who have proven troublesome to you only.
SECURITY ORBS/DEVICES - You may use security devices as long as they are set to react WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF YOUR HOME ONLY. Security devices that are set to react at the very edge of your property line, or outside your property line, are not permissibale. If you install Security please make sure they are set to react ONLY to people Inside your property and does not extend over the water, or react to people close to your property lines on their own land.
Skyboxes set at 4000 meter height or higher are exempt from this rule.
You may, and we encourage - the use of your property Ban ability to remove griefers, or other outisde persons that cause problems.
Outside persons that interrupt the peace through attacks or pestering the inhabitants will be permanently banned from all islands on the spot/ If you ban an individual, lease do not only ban them on your parcels but also forward griefer names to Pilatus Masala or Magellan Magic, so they can be banned from all of Booverly Hills.
We believe that SL should be an open and fun environment for everyone and includes the ability for everyone to freely walk around without annoying interruptions. Blocking devices limit the fun for everyone else, so PLEASE use them carefully. (And no - in your case it is not different :-)
RENTING OUT YOUR PROPERTY
You MAY rent your land to another resident, but all community standards apply to your tenant as well. If they violate the covenant, rules, or standards they may be removed and the land reclaimed. You will be notified first if this shold occur and given the opportunity to correct any problems.
WATERWAYS
You may NOT BUILD OVER the WATERWAYS. Even if your property line extends into it. We Keep the waterways open for everyone to use for sailing, windsurfing, or just views. We extend property lines into the water to give you the maximum amount of prims. Piers are acceptable if they DO NOT BLOCK sailing or othr reasonable uses of the waterway.
TERRAFORMING
ALL terraforming is subject to acceptance of the Estate Owner. We will not unreasonably interfere with your right to shape your island to your tastes, but unsightly terraforming such as extremely high mountains, elimnation of border waterways, or shrinking the border waterways to a very narrow size are not acceptable.
In ALL situations, the judgement and decision of the Estate Owner will be the final word with regard to the acceptabilty of any terraform.
2. BUILDINGS
Two stories maximum heighth. There are some three storey units available that may be approved for a property. The idea behind this limitation is to keep the island attractive, and the views good, for everyone. If you have a three story in mind that you think meets zoning requirements please let us know. We will approve it if it doesn't detract from the overall theme of the estate.
Buildings should fit the proprty. If your building is so large its walls touch, or nearly touch, the property Lines get a larger property. You will be asked to remove buildings that crowd the property lines.
No floating signs, spinning signs above buldings, objects that shout across your property lines, or lighting that interferes with your neighbors are premitted.
Sky-Home, Sky-boxes are permissiable above 4000 meters altitude. Yes, that says 4000m. This is an aviation sim and it is imperative that the airspace remains open.
Anything between the ground and 4000m will be asked to be removed immediately.
3. TIER PAYMENT
Tier on the Estates is not Linden tier. Leasing, or buying here DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR LINDEN TIER LEVEL. By the same token, you CANNOT USE LINDEN TIER allowances here.
Payments must be made to the rental box ON, OR BEFORE, THE DUE DATE shown on the rental box. If your tier is not paid within 1 day of the due date you will be considered in default of your agreement and your property property will be reclaimed, and rented, or sold to another resident. You will NOT be entitled to a refund if you default.
If you FAIL TO PAY TIER, or stop paying tier, the land reverts to the Estate and will be reclaimed. Your land can also be reclaimed for TOS violations, in the same way Linden labs can close your account.
If you will be absent for a long period of time - first life vacation, surgery, etc., please pay sufficient tier in advance to cover the period you will be absent or your land will be reclaimed.
3a DEFAULT
You will not be evicted for arbitrary reasons. You will only lose your land if you are in default. You WILL NOT be refunded any tier credit. Default is defined as:
a) failure to pay tier when due
b) violation if Second Life Terms of Service (TOS)
c) Violation of Estate Zoning/Community standards
d) violation of the covenant
If you are in default your land will be reclaimed and you will be banned from Booverly Hills.
3b PRICING
The Tier you pay for your propery is shown on the tier box. The box can be found in the corner of each property.
4.COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Second Life TOS applies
MATURE MATERIAL
These are mature sims - HOWEVER - Graphic, sexually explicit, pictures, representations, pose balls, or activities MUST BE CONFINED to your property, and MAY NOT BE OPENLY VISIBLE to other residents or visitors.
If management can see the above described items without entering your private home, you are in violation of the covenant and the items in question will be returned to you. Repeated violation will result in your eviction from the Estates.
WEAPON FREE ZONE!
We ask that you behave according to the Second life Community standards and ToS.
Individuals that behave in a way that causes repeated complaints from other residents may be asked to move, to ensure a safe community oriented behavior.
